Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

Initiate a return from your account or email atelier@cas.studio. We will arrange complimentary collection in most regions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt at our atelier.

Exchanges are processed as a return + new order to keep your size locked while in transit.

Made to Measure pieces are final sale. Complimentary length adjustments are included for the lifetime of the garment.
